| Crawfish boil |
So for those who've never been to a crawfish boil, here's how it's done. This is an outdoor event. Crawfish, along with the potatoes, onions, corn on the cob, mushrooms, and whole garlic they're boiled with are dumped on long tables covered in newspaper. We stand around the tables and feast. You break the tail off and peel it for the meat.
Some people suck them before peeling....
