Christmas Cactus

A friend gave me this Christmas cactus, full of blooms, last year. I've taken care of it all year and it's blooming again! Not quite as many, but blooms. (This isn't the best shot, but it's all I've got for the day and now I've lost the light.)

I think it's really pretty Becky! Good job getting it to bloom...

The light on this is very nice! I could not get mine to bloom after the first year, so I'm impressed! (It has moved on to a better home.)

Christmas cacti are so lovely, and this picture captures the beauty. Funny...even though I'm a gardener, I'm not an indoor plant person. My mother's green thumb extends both outdoors and indoors, though, and when I was at my parents' home last week, I noticed her Christmas cactus was blooming. : )
