Took this driving through a neighborhood on our way to gymnastics. Reason: I want to know the name of that purple bush! It's gorgeous in real life. So if anyone knows please say so. Otherwise I'm going on a plant identification search!
It's a vitex, also known as a chaste tree. It attracts bees like you wouldn't believe. It really is a gorgeous tree (but in constant need of pruning if you have to keep it contained to a certain spac!) I had one at my old house, by the swimming pool. I think it is an herbal remedy for female stuff, too.
